Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions, the return will be processed and the applicable refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued for the full product value using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, manufacturing defect, or damage during shipping), all shipping costs will be covered by the company.
